Carl Rosier, former commissioner of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and longtime Alaskan, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on March 16, 2026, in Portland, Oregon.

A celebration of life for Sheila Wray is scheduled from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at Spice Juneau Indian Cuisine in downtown Juneau.
