Juneau International Airport was evacuated for about 20 to 25 minutes early Friday afternoon when a fire alarm went off, said Airport Manager Andres Delgado.

"It looks like someone was vaping in the bathroom," he said. "These alarms are really sensitive. We definitely don't want fires so it’ll detect even that. So I guess if there is any kind of message it's to not vape inside the airport. There are smoking areas for that."

The alarm went off at 1:45 p.m. Delgado said. He said it is unknown who triggered the alarm.
