Notice is hereby given that the STEVE CHON, doing business as CANTON ASIAN BISTRO LLC located at 8585 OLD DAIRY ROAD STE 105 JUNEAU, AK 99801, has filed an application with the Alaska Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office (AMCO) to transfer the ownership of the following liquor license to the new proposed owner/licensee:

Pursuant to Alaska Statute (AS) 04.11.310 and Alaska Administrative Code (AAC) guidelines, an applicant must give notice of a liquor license transfer to the public. This application is pending final review and approval by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board.
