Out With Subject or Situation

At 9:46 p.m. on Monday, John Washington, 54, was arrested on Franklin Street on a $250 warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on an original charge of driving while license revoked. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 9:10 a.m. on Monday, Jennie Mae Paul was cited and released on Glacier Highway for criminal trespassing.

At 2:06 p.m. on Monday, Charles Frank Fawcett Jr. was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespassing. He was taken to LCCC.
