Conditions Violation
At 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, Michael Arriaga, 31, was arrested for unlawful contact, violating conditions of release and violating a domestic violence protective order.
Disturbance
At 7:05 a.m. on Thursday, a 40-year-old female reported a disturbance on Village Street. Domestic violence was a factor.
At 2:10 p.m. on Thursday, Thomas Melvin Bell, 65, was cited and released on Front Street for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.
Foot Patrol
At 5:38 p.m. on Thursday, Keoki Cunningham, 50, was arrested on a Juneau Police Department warrant and an Alaska State Troopers warrant, both for failure to appear. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional.
Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury
At 5:04 p.m. on Thursday, a 48-year-old male struck a 40-year-old female on a bicycle on Glacier Highway, resulting in minor injuries.
Out With Subject or Situation
At 9:35 a.m. on Thursday, Tyler Phillips, 31, was arrested on Teal Street on four $100 JPD warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC.
At 11:10 a.m. on Thursday, Eric Todd Arnett, 51, was cited and released for criminal trespassing on Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.
Sex Crime
At 10:27 a.m. on Thursday, the JPD initiated a confidential report of a sex crime.
Trespassing
At 9:46 a.m. on Thursday, Starlene Rebekah White, 41, was cited and released on 9th Street for criminal trespassing and violation conditions of release.
Trespassing in Vehicle or Vehicle Rifling
At 9:12 a.m. on Thursday, a 37-year-old male reported theft from a business on Airport Boulevard.
At 11:09 a.m. on Thursday, a 44-year-old female reported a theft on Sunset Drive.
Welfare Check
At 9:32 p.m. on Thursday, Marcus Eddie Jamestown, 37, was arrested on Canyon Drive for domestic violence assault. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
