Driving While Intoxicated

At 8:35 p.m. on Monday, Daryia Trego, 64, was arrested on Sherwood Lane for driving under the influence. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Found Property

At 12:37 p.m. on Monday, a 50-year-old male turned in a found amount of cash.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 7:56 a.m. on Monday, Eric Arnett, 51, was cited and released on Marine Way for trespassing.

At 1:06 p.m. on Monday, arrest warrants were served on Teal Street against Darian Bliss, 36, who was also charged with resisiting and violating conditions of release, and Austin Davis, 44, for failure to appear on original charges of driving while license revoked/suspended, trespassing and avoiding an interlock ignition device.

Runaway

At 9:27 p.m. on Monday, a 24-year-old female reported a runaway on Mendenhall Loop Road.

Sex Crime

At 12:55 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into a possible sexual assault.

Theft

At 3:52 p.m. on Monday, a 36-year-old female reported her 2010 Honda CRV stolen on Hospital Drive. It was later returned.

At 4:07 p.m. on Monday, a 29-year-old female reported her 2020 Toyota RAV4 stolen on Hospital Drive. It was later returned.
