Attempt to Serve

At 10 a.m. on Friday, Michael Elmore, 49, was arrested on Short Street on a $500 warrant for third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and three counts of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 1:25 p.m. on Friday, Ralph Austin, 64, was arrested on Allen Court on a $20,000 warrant for sexual assault, violating a special protective order and interfering with prosecution.

Domestic Dispute

At 7:35 a.m. on Friday, JPD responded to an altercation between a 48-year-old female and a 33-year-old female on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 5:37 p.m. on Friday, Starla Miller, 60, was arrested on Riverside Drive for driving while intoxicated. She was taken to LCCC.

Found Property

At 10:52 p.m. on Friday, a 46-year-old female turned in found ID.

Mental Subject

At 4:29 p.m. on Friday, JPD initiated a confidential response to assist with a mental health issue.

Traffic Stop

At 12:34 a.m. on Friday, Roseanna Nicklie was cited and released on Montana Creek Road for driving with a revoked license.

At 7:54 p.m. on Friday, Kalista Minge, 28, was cited and released on Main Street for driving while license revoked. The vehicle was impounded.
