Attempt to Serve
At 7:54 p.m. on Monday, Kenneth Demmert, 39, was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $50 Juneau Police Department warrant on an original charge of trespassing. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Conditions Violation
At 2:25 p.m. on Monday, a 32-year-old female reported a conditions violation. Domestic violence was a factor.
Domestic Dispute
At 3:06 a.m. on Monday, Stephen Sabadin, 34, was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $1,400 warrant to revoke probation, and a no-bail warrant for first-degree burglary, vehicle theft and fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
At 9:53 a.m. on Monday, a 23-year-old female reported she was assaulted on Vista Drive. Domestic violence was a factor.
At 11:32 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to an altercation between a 38-year-old female and a 44-year-old male on Delta Drive. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.
Traffic Stop
At 9:35 p.m. on Monday, Darwin Mendez-Cando, 46, was arrested on Karl Reishus Boulevard for driving without a license and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.
Trespassing
At 7:16 a.m. on Monday, a 25-year-old female reported trespassing on Vintage Boulevard. JPD will be forwarding charges.
