Assault

At 4:38 p.m. on Wednesday, a 31-year-old female reported an assault involving two juveniles on 3rd Street.

Disturbance

At 9:21 p.m. on Wednesday, Donna Bellinger, 58, was arrested on 11th Street for assault. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

Police Assist

At 7:46 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD created a case to document assistance to another agency.

Runaway

At 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD received a report of a 17-year-old female runaway on Hurlock Avenue.

Sex Crime

At 1:24 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD initiated a confidential report of a sex crime.

Welfare Check

At 2:54 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD conducted a welfare check on a juvenile on Kanta Street.
