Attempt to Serve

At 11:32 a.m. on Thursday, Alfred Torres Jr., 32, was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, Amanda Phillips, 38, was arrested on Vintage Boulevard on a $250 warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving while license revoked/suspended. She was taken to LCCC.

Conditions Violation

At 8:48 p.m. on Thursday, Tillie Day, 59, was arrested on Crow Hill Drive for violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC. Domestic violence was a factor.

Disturbance

At 1:56 a.m. on Thursday, Anthony Thomas, 44, was arrested on Front Street on two counts of second-degree assault, third-degree misconduct involving a weapon and fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapon. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 7:24 a.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance between a 34-year-old female and a 35-year-old female on Eastaugh Way. Charges are being forwarded.

Domestic Dispute

At 1 a.m. on Thursday, Sabrina Clark, 21, was arrested on Franklin Street for assault and disorderly conduct. Alcohol was a factor.

At 5:08 a.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to an assault on Glacier Highway involving a 40-year-old male and a 47-year-old female. Domestic violence was a factor.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 5:48 p.m. on Thursday, Brad Mitchell, 51, was arrested on 3rd Street for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to LCCC.

Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury

At 1:07 a.m. on Thursday, a 19-year-old female was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for evaluation after rolling her 2004 Jeep on Egan Drive.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 5:04 p.m. on Thursday, a 49-year-old male in a front-end loader backed into a black Hyundai Tucson driven by a 74-year-old male.

At 9:36 p.m. on Thursday, Robert Shane Robinson, 54, was arrested for driving under the influence and refusal. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

At 5:55 p.m on Thursday, a 42-year-old male reported a theft.

Trespassing

At 9:12 p.m. on Thursday, Jenelle Nelson, 43, was arrested on Glacier Highway for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
