Assault
At 7:23 p.m. on Wednesday, Paul Tomasi, 29, was arrested on Franklin Street for disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.
Attempt to Serve
At 8:05 a.m. on Wednesday. Oscar Lawrence Snell Jr., 54, was arrested on Teal Street on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.
Death Investigation
At 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of a 61-year-old female. Next of kin has been notified.
Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury
At 6:07 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD received a report of a hit-and-run traffic accident involving three vehicles on Egan Drive. One minor injury was reported.
Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device
At 12:53 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of suspicious behavior and supplies on Industrial Boulevard. The suspicious equipment was placed into safekeeping at JPD.
Traffic Stop
At 3:34 p.m. on Wednesday, Robert Moore, 41, was cited and released for driving without a license and violating conditions of release.
