Assault

At 8 a.m. on Sunday, a 61-year-old male reported he was assaulted by a 47-year-old male on Lemon Creek Road.

Attempt to Serve

At 6:44 p.m. on Sunday, Michelle Ann Bennett, 58, was arrested on Marine Way on a $500 warrant on original charges of driving under the influence, refusal and 18 counts of violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Burglary

At 10:54 a.m. on Sunday, a 41-year-old male reported a burglary at a residence on Glacier Avenue.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 9:02 p.m. on Sunday, a 2019 Chevy driven by an 18-year-old male struck a parked vehicle on 3rd Street.
