Assault
At 8:46 a.m. on Monday, a 62-year-old female reported she was assaulted by a 68-year-old male on 4th Street.
Attempt to Serve
At 6:23 p.m. on Monday, Rochelle Leigh Stevens, 46, was arrested on Allen Court on a no-bail warrant for failure to remand. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Found Property
At 4:17 p.m. on Monday, a cell phone found on Glacier Highway was placed into safekeeping.
Lost Property
At 8:50 a.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department created a case on Mendenhall Loop Road for internal documentation.
Runaway
At 7:20 a.m. on Monday, a 73-year-old female reported a 17-year-old as a runaway on Cohen Drive.
Shoplifting
At 7:30 a.m. on Monday, a 42-year-old male reported a shoplifting incident at a business on Willoughby Avenue.
At 12:34 p.m. on Monday, David James Paul, 26, was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for driving without a license.
Shots Fired
At 5:28 p.m. on Monday, Ethan Hagh, 22, was arrested on Radcliffe Road for second-degree misconduct involving a weapon, two counts of third-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He was taken to LCCC. Domestic violence was a factor.
