At 1:55 p.m. on Wednesday, John Washington, 54, was arrested on Teal Street on a $100 warrant. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Domestic Dispute
At 7:24 a.m. on Wednesday, Justin Stewart, 52, was arrested on Indian Cove Drive for fear assault. He was taken to LCCC.
Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF
At 5:42 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD created a case for documentation.
Runaway
At 3:51 p.m. on Wednesday, a 13-year-old female was reported as a runaway on Tongass Boulevard.
Sex Crime
At 3:49 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD initiated a confidential report of a sex crime.
Shoplifting
At 7:56 p.m. on Wednesday, Zachary Lantz Scovill-Ho was cited and released on Glacier Highway for larceny.
Traffic Stop
At 12:17 a.m. on Wednesday, David Skrzybski, 65, was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for driving without a license and violating conditions of release, and a $100 JPD warrant. He was taken to LCCC.
At 12:42 a.m. on Wednesday, Emmanuel Jah-El, 43, was arrested on Egan Drive for driving under the influence. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
Trespassing
At 1:03 p.m. on Wednesday, Austin David, 44, was cited and released for trespassing at a business on Willoughby Avenue.
At 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Kassandra Lee Hagstrom, 32, was arrested on Hospital Drive for criminal trespassing. She was taken to LCCC.
Vandalism or Graffiti
At 11:37 p.m. on Wednesday, a 41-year-old reported a disturbance and vandalism by a 41-year-old female on 2nd Street.
Vehicle in Ditch
At 11:54 p.m. on Wednesday, Michael Howard Jr., 40, was arrested on Egan Drive for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. He was taken to LCCC.
