Assault
At 12:37 a.m. on Tuesday, a 53-year-old male reported being assaulted by a 36-year-old male on Cinema Drive.
Domestic Dispute
At 7:39 p.m. on Tuesday, Jeremy Cline, 31, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Dimond Drive. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
At 9:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Michael Arriaga, 31, was arrested on Gene Street for domestic violence criminal mischief, domestic violence assault and trespassing. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury
At 1:03 a.m. on Tuesday, snow removal equipment struck a parked vehicle on 5th Street.
Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device
At 3:46 a.m. on Tuesday, Bradley Wright, 31, was arrested on Clinton Drive on two $500 warrants on two counts of second-degree theft, and one count each of fourth-degree theft and second-degree burglary. He was taken to LCCC.
Theft
At 2:49 a.m. on Tuesday, a 70-year-old male reported a burglary on Commercial Boulevard.
At 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, a 29-year-old male reported a 38year-old female stole a firearm and other items on Glacier Highway.
Traffic Stop
At 5:42 p.m. on Tuesday, Cody Herndon, 34, was cited and released on Glacier Highway for a driving without a license revocation.
