Police blotter for July 10

Attempt to Serve

At 8:56 p.m. on Friday, Archie Hunt, 36, was arrested on Franklin Street on a $50 warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of trespassing. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.


Domestic Dispute

At 12:33 a.m. on Friday, Kevin McGraw, 60, was arrested on Allen Court for second-degree domestic violence assault and third-degree domestic violence assault. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.


Fight

At 12:51 a.m. on Friday, Christopher Bellini, 37, was arrested on Harbor Way on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of false information. He was taken to LCCC.


At 12:24 p.m. on Friday, a 66-year-old male reported a fight that had already occurred on Willoughby Avenue.


Mental Subject

At 9:14 p.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department initiated a confidential response to a mental health emergency.


Police Assist

At 1:11 p.m. on Friday, JPD assisted another agency with an investigation on Foster Avenue.


Shoplifting

At 9:29 p.m. on Friday, Lina Irene Garrison, 64, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Willoughby Avenue. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.


Trespassing

At 9:12 a.m. on Friday, Harold Dilts, 46, and Jasmine Long, 27, were cited and released for trespassing on Willoughby Avenue.


Warrant Arrest

At 2:14 p.m. on Friday, the Alaska State Troopers reported that at 11:27 a.m. officers contacted Christopher Whitehead, 35, of Juneau, was contacted at the Boney Courthouse in Anchorage. Subsequent investigation revealed that Whitehead had three active warrants for his arrest. Two of the warrants were for failure to comply with conditions of therapeutic court and bail was set at $250 apiece. The third warrant was for a probation violation with a bail of $250. Original charges include second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, third-degree theft and criminal trespassing. Whitehead was transported to the Anchorage Jail where he was remanded into custody.
