Disturbance

At 5:09 p.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of an altercation on Willoughby Avenue between a 48-year-old male and a 43-year-old male.

Mental Subject

At 2:05 p.m. on Monday, JPD initiated a confidential response to a mental health issue.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 7:06 p.m. on Monday, Lorin Avanelle Alford, 23, was arrested on Mendenhall Boulevard for driving under the influence with a BRAC of 0.301%. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Sex Crime

At 11:39 p.m. on Monday, Kevin Koenig, 37, was arrested for first-degree sexual assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Shoplifting

At 11:50 a.m. on Monday, a 53-year-old female reported a theft from a business on Franklin Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Traffic Stop

At 2:09 a.m. on Monday, Matthew Daniels, 41, was cited and released on Vintage Boulevard for driving while license suspended. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
