Assault

At 7:03 p.m. on Wednesday, Joseph Yaletchko, 29, was arrested on Riverside Drive for assault and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 1:07 a.m. on Wednesday, Charlton Rider, 35, was arrested on Salmon Creek Lane for criminal mischief. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 9:23 a.m. on Wednesday, Justin Ridinger, 43, was cited and released on Seward Street for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

At 2:24 p.m. on Wednesday, Donald Allan, 66, was cited and released on Egan Drive for criminal trespassing.

At 2:49 p.m. on Wednesday, Donald Allan, 66, was arrested on Whittier Street for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release.

Sex Crime

At 8:38 p.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department initiated a confidential report of a sex crime.

Theft

At 12:12 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD initiated a case for investigating a stolen vehicle on Rainbow Row.
