Assault
At 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a disturbance on Cinema Drive.
Domestic Dispute
At 8:40 p.m. on Saturday, Emily Johnson, 41, was arrested on Franklin Street for third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.
Driving While Intoxicated
At 2:59 a.m. on Saturday, James Theodore Vallejo, 37, was arrested for driving under the influence with a BRAC of 0.118%. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Fight
At 2:53 a.m, on Saturday, Victor Finau, 23, was arrested for misconduct involving a weapon on Franklin Street. Alcohol was a factor.
Harassment
At 4:06 p.m. on Saturday, Justin Ridinger, 43, was cited and released on Trout Street for trespassing and violating conditions of release.
Out With Subject or Situation
At 5:27 a.m. on Saturday, Nathan Nicols was arrested on Glacier Highway on $50 in warrants for violating conditions of release on an original charge of trespassing.
Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device
At 1:45 a.m. on Saturday, a 56-year-old male reported theft of electronics from his boat on Anka Street.
At 6:08 a.m. on Saturday, JPD began an investigation into the theft of copper wiring on Jensine Street.
Theft
At 7:17 p.m. on Saturday, a 42-year-old female reported a theft of jewelry on Franklin Street.
