Attempt to Serve
At 8:16 p.m. on Sunday, Harriet Hotch, 50, was arrested on Marine Way on a $1,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Death Investigation
At 7:57 p.m. on Sunday, JPD began an investigation into a report of a deceased person.
Disturbance
At 5:17 p.m. on Sunday, Ryan Evan, 48, was arrested on Thunder Mountain Road on two counts of domestic violence assault. He was taken to LCCC.
At 9:10 p.m on Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance on Harbor Way.
Driving While Intoxicated
At 3:10 a.m. on Sunday, Darion Raye Chapman, 26, was arrested for driving under the influence with a BRAC of 0.203. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury
At 3:32 p.m. on Sunday, a 29-year-old male reported a hit-and-run on Channel Drive.
Out With Subject or Situation
At 12:19 a.m. on Sunday, Kenneth Demmert, 39, was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing. He was taken to LCCC.
Police Assist
At 7:12 a.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a death on McGinnis Drive. Next of kin has been notified.
Traffic Stop
At 3:49 p.m. on Sunday, Dustin Endicott, 41, was cited and released for driving without a license and failure to have an ignition interlock device.
