Assault
At 6:35 p.m. on Monday, a 60-year-old female reported being assaulted by a 29-year-old female on Willoughby Avenue.
Attempt to Serve
At 2:36 p.m. on Monday, David Arthur, 51, was arrested on Engineers Cutoff Road on a $5,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant for third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and misconduct involving a weapon. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Child Abuse or Neglect
At 4:31 p.m. on Monday, JPD received a confidential report of possible child abuse.
Disturbance
At 6:51 p.m. on Monday, a 48-year-old male reported a 32-year-old male stole his belongings on Glacier Highway.
Theft
At 10:30 a.m. on Monday, a 58-year-old male reported a stolen vehicle on 12th Street. The investigation is ongoing.
At 11:21 a.m. on Monday, JPD received a report of a theft on Teal Street.
At 7:47 p.m. on Monday, a 48-year-old male reported a motorcycle stolen on Glacier Highway.
Trespassing
At 12:33 p.m. on Monday, Mark Nash, 46, was cited and released on Teal Street for trespassing.
