Assault

At 7:11 p.m. on Saturday, Hemaloto Fotu, 55, was arrested on Tongass Boulevard for third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Attempt to Serve

At 5:53 p.m on Saturday, Justin Broken, 40, was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on two Juneau Police Department warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 12:09 p.m. on Saturday, a 69-year-old female reported a burglary at a residence on Douglas Highway.

Death Investigation

At 6:41 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated the death of a 57-year-old female. The death is not considered suspicious in nature and next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 10:44 a.m. on Saturday, Oscar Snell, 54, was arrested on Franklin Street on three $25 warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic Dispute

At 7:43 a.m. on Saturday, a 63-year-old male reported an altercation with a 41-year-old female on Glacier Highway. Domestic violence was a factor.

Police Assist

At 3:09 a.m. on Saturday, Yvonne Zacharof, 45, was arrested on Franklin Street for assault and violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Traffic Stop

At 2 a.m. on Saturday, Benjamin Coutu, 23, was arrested on Egan Drive for driving under the influence. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 2:57 a.m. on Saturday, Jackson Ohlson was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to LCCC.
