Attempt to Serve

At 4:08 p.m. on Monday, Julien Andre Piccard, 49, was arrested on Vintage Boulevard on a $50 Juneau Police Department warrant involving a charge of harassment. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 5:19 p.m. on Monday, Benjamin Dodd, 49, was arrested on Cinema Drive on a $2,500 warrant to revoke probation.

Conditions Violation

At 12:34 p.m. on Monday, Gwenivere Lynn Ouellette, 20, was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road for violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 11:08 a.m. on Monday, Richard Warren, 47, was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for driving while intoxicated and riving without license. He was taken to LCCC.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Jeffrey Dale Carpenter, 65, was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for trespassing and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Traffic Stop

At 3:57 a.m. on Monday, Nora Nelson, 18, was charged on Egan Drive for driving while intoxicated.

Trespassing

At 4:13 p.m. on Monday, Jeffrey Dale Carpenter, 65, was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for trespassing and violating conditions of release.
