Attempt to Serve
At 7:53 p.m. on Saturday, Richard Davis, 35, was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on a $50 Juneau Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Burglary
At 12:47 a.m. on Saturday, a 21-year-old female reported a burglary on Riverside Drive. Alcohol was a factor.
Conditions Violation
At 11:05 p.m. on Saturday, Daniel Pickens, 37, was arrested for violating a stalking protective order, violating conditions of release, resisting and interfering.
Death Investigation
At 9:44 p.m. on Saturday, JPD began a confidential death investigation.
Driving While Intoxicated
At 12:35 a.m. on Saturday, a 17-year-old female was arrested on Glacier Highway and released to a parent for driving while intoxicated. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.
At 1:06 p.m. on Saturday, Destiny Starr, 28 was arrested on Glacier Highway for driving under the influence. She was taken to LCCC.
Found Property
At 3:21 p.m. on Saturday, a wallet found on Egan Drive belonging to a 53-year-old male was turned in to JPD and placed into safekeeping.
Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury
At 8:39 a.m. on Saturday, a 49-year-old male in a 2005 Chevy Silverado struck a guardrail on 5th Street.
