Attempt to Serve

At 8:07 p.m. on Saturday, Hunter Rathbone, 25, was arrested on Cinema Drive on a $1,000 Juneau Police Department warrant for aggravated assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 8:09 p.m. on Saturday, Paul Tomasi, 30, was arrested on Hospital Drive for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic Dispute

At 5:33 p.m. on Saturday, Jesse Parr, 46, was arrested on Kanata Street for criminal mischief domestic violence. He was taken to LCCC.

Not a CCFR Call

At 2:16 p.m. on Saturday, apparently minor injuries were received after a single-vehicle accident involving a 2023 Ford Edge driven by a 58-year-old male.

Runaway

At 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, a 73-year-old female reported a runaway juvenile on Cohen Drive. The juvenile was later located.

Traffic Stop

At 10:59 p.m. on Saturday, JPD assisted probations with a remand on Sherwood Lane.

Wildlife Violation

At 9:09 a.m. on Saturday, the Alaska State Troopers reported that on June 1 Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Juneau were advised by a trail user of a gut pile left approximately one-half mile down Cowee Meadows Trail in Point Bridget State Park. Troopers patrolled the trail on June 2, finding evidence where a gut pile was left and hazing one black bear away from the area. State parks was informed of the bear activity on in the area. With the assistance of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Christopher Lidsay, 30, of Juneau, was identified as taking a black bear in the area. On June 5, Lindsay was contacted by troopers. Lindsay was cited for negligently feeding game and was issued a citation with $320 in fines.

At 11:16 a.m. on Saturday, AST reported that on June 1 Juneau AWT Troopers contacted Katrina Bui, 54, of Juneau, while she was sport fishing in Gastineau Channel. Bui presented a Southeast Alaska Regional Personal Use King Crab Permit listing her as a hold member on the permit. The investigation concluded that Bui did not have a 2026 sport fishing license. Bui was cited for sportfishing without a license, with $220 in total fines.
