Assault

At 1:19 a.m. on Sunday, a 53-year-old male reported being assaulted on Franklin Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Attempt to Serve

At 1:12 a.m. on Sunday, Richard Siverly III, 41, was arrested on Franklin Street on a $250 warrant on an original charge of driving under the influence. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3:02 p.m. on Sunday, Kier De Jesus Vergara, 34, was arrested on Riverside Drive on a $500 warrant on an original charge of smuggling contraband into prison.
