Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury
At 6:39 p.m. on Tuesday, Robert Barton, 67, was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road for driving while intoxicated with a BAC of more than 0.08%. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Out With Subject or Situation
At 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Jonathan Jerome Haywood, 51, was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for criminal trespassing. Alcohol was a factor.
Theft
At 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a 52-year-old male reported shoplifting by a 34-year-old male at a business on Willoughby Avenue.
Traffic Hazard
At 7:19 p.m. on Tuesday, David Swigart, 43, was arrested for obstructing a roadway. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
Vandalism or Graffiti
At 6:09 a.m. on Tuesday, Harold Hassell, 51, was arrested on Franklin Street for first-degree and second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree arson, harassment, resisting and violating conditions of release.
