Assault
At 10:47 p.m. on Monday, a 14-year-old male reported an assault.
Attempt to Serve
At 8:36 a.m. on Monday, Maryann Christian Hewson, 57, was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $100 Juneau Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.
Conditions Violation
At 10:45 p.m. on Monday, a 19-year-old female reported a 22-year-old male violated probation conditions on Salmon Creek Lane. Domestic violence was a factor.
Disturbance
At 9:13 p.m. on Monday, JPD assisted Adult Probation with a remand on Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.
Domestic Dispute
At 6:55 p.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old female reported being assaulted by a 43-year-old male on Gastineau Avenue who was gone by the time an officer arrived. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.
Fight
At 10:55 p.m. on Monday, a 29-year-old male assaulted a 15-year-old male on Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.
Follow Up
At 10:39 p.m. on Monday, JPD created a case to follow up on a previously reported theft on Point Lena Way.
Harassment
At 7:07 p.m. on Monday, a 51-year-old male reported being harassed by a 51-year-old male on Franklin Street.
Not a CCFR Call
At 8:44 p.m. on Monday, JPD investigated the death of a 74-year-old male on View Drive. No foul play is suspected.
Out With Subject or Situation
At 9:06 a.m. on Monday, Starlene White, 40, was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for trespassing and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.
At 4:44 p.m. on Monday, Tina Louise Young was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $25 JPD warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license.
Trespassing
At 11:09 a.m. on Monday, Charles Frank Fawcett Jr. was arrested on Trout Street for trespassing and on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.
At 3:14 p.m. on Monday, Eric Arnett, 51, was cited and released on Main Street for trespassing and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.
