Attempt to Serve

At 9:34 a.m. on Tuesday, Gwenivere Ouellette, 20, was arrested on Foster Avenue for harboring a fugitive. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Child Abuse or Neglect

At 8:16 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD began a confidential investigation into possible child abuse.

Disturbance

At 1:24 p.m. on Tuesday, James Matthew Castro, 29, was arrested on Marine Way for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Found Property

At 9:56 a.m. on Tuesday, a purse found on Valley Boulevard was placed into safekeeping at the Juneau Police Department.
