Attempt to Serve
At 12:07 a.m. on Saturday, David James Paul, 37, was arrested on Trout Street on a $50 warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial hearing on an original charge of assault.
At 3:01 p.m. on Saturday, Kier De Jesus Vergara, 34, was arrested on Riverside Drive on a $250 Alaska State Troopers warrant for violating conditions of release on an original charge of smuggling contraband. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Conditions Violation
At 2:41 p.m. on Saturday, James Barrett, 52, was arrested on Trout Street for violating a vulnerable adult protective order. He was taken to LCCC.
Sex Crime
At 5:59 a.m. on Saturday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into a possible sexual assault.
Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device
At 9:43 a.m. on Saturday, a license plate previously registered to a different vehicle was confiscated off a red Mazda pickup on Ladd Street.
Trespassing
At 3:18 p.m. on Saturday, Charles Fawcett, 62, was arrested on Trout Street on $150 in warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.
