Assault

At 10:37 p.m. on Sunday, Charles Wheaton was cited and released on Allen Court for assault and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Attempt to Serve

At 10:48 p.m. on Sunday, Andrew Stephenson, 32, was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $50 warrant on an original charge of larceny.

Conditions Violation

At 10:38 p.m. on Sunday, Jose Guillermo Zacaria Palma, 35, was arrested on Glacier Highway for violating conditions of release, unlawful contact and violating a domestic violence order.

Death Investigation

At 3:36 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of a 59-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified.

At 4:26 p.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to the death of an 83-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified.

Police Assist

At 8:43 a.m. on Sunday, JPD responded with CCFR to a report of a trailer fire on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Welfare Check

At 3:46 p.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to the death of an 82-year-old male on Moraine Way. Next of kin has not yet been notified.
