At 7:18 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into a report of a sexual assault.

Welfare Check

At 12:09 a.m. on Sunday, Damien Louis Miller, 34, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.
