At 12:02 a.m. on Monday, a 20-year-old male reported being scammed out of $1,300 on Trout Street.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 12:17 p.m. on Monday, Delaney Kahklen, 54, was cited and released on Marine Way for criminal trespassing.

Police Assist

At 3:24 p.m. on Monday, Carl Stepetin, 32, and Starlene White, 40, was cited and released for trespassing on Seward Street. White was also charged with violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.
