Assault
At 8:51 p.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of an assault involving juveniles on River Road.
Attempt to Serve
At 3:47 a.m. on Monday, Leon Paul, 38, was arrested on Cinema Drive on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of larceny.
At 8:48 a.m. on Monday, Gus Nelson, 34, was arrested on Teal Street on a $1,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant. He was taken to Dimond Courthouse and left in the custody of a judge.
Death Investigation
At 12:50 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 76-year-old male. The circumstances are not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.
Disturbance
At 5:07 a.m. on Monday, Theodore Lauth, 48, was arrested on Eastaugh Way for three counts of fear assault, harassment and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.
At 3:52 p.m. on Monday, Dillion Thomas Baltzell, 32, was arrested on Cinema Drive for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC Alcohol was a factor.
At 4:50 p.m. on Monday, Louis Elmer Whittaker, 27, was arrested on Front Street for assault and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.
Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF
At 4:22 p.m. on Monday, a 59-year-old female reported fraudulent activity.
Theft
At 8:51 p.m. on Monday, a 22-year-old female reported theft from her vehicle on Egan Drive.
Traffic Complaint
At 1 p.m. on Monday, Joseph Torres, 30, was arrested on Riverside Drive for driving without a license and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.
