Assault

At 10:25 a.m. on Monday, a 52-year-old female reported an assault by a 58-year-old male on Allen Court.

At 1:35 p.m. on Monday, a 52-year-old female reported an assault on Alaway Avenue.

Burglary

At 10:39 p.m. on Monday, a 67-year-old male reported a burglary at a business on James Boulevard.

Disturbance

At 7:28 a.m. on Monday, Drake Clements, 31, was arrested on Churchill Way for assault, trespassing and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

At 9:03 a.m. on Monday, a 56-year-old male reported a theft on Brandy Lane.

Traffic Stop

At 7:27 p.m. on Monday, Xavier Reillo, 41, was arrested for driving without a license. He was taken to LCCC.

Trespassing

At 5:25 p.m. on Monday, Eric Arnett, 50, was cited and released on Marine Way for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release.
