Attempt to Serve
At 1:19 p.m. on Saturday, Timothy Ackerman, 43, was arrested on Douglas Highway on three warrants totaling $300 for failure to appear on original charges of larceny and trespassing. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Death Investigation
At 2:05 p.m. on Saturday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into the death of an 84-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified.
Driving While Intoxicated
At 7:57 a.m. on Saturday, Sydney Grace Johnson, 22, was arrested on Cordova Street for driving under the influence. She was taken to LCCC and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.
Harassment
At 6:49 p.m. on Saturday, Cain Melton, 39, was arrested for terroristic threatening, two counts of making a false report and interfering with emergency services. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.
