Attempt to Serve

At 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Lilliana Demmert, 23, was arrested on Riverside Drive on 10 warrants totaling $500. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 2:52 a.m. on Sunday, Diane Timoteo, 26, was arrested on Front Street for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and driving without a license. She was taken to LCCC.

At 9:43 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of a Capital Transit bus driven by a 71-year-old man colliding with a Ford F250 driven by a 28-year-old man on Goat Hill Road.

Traffic Hazard

At 4:43 a.m. on Sunday, Shelly McKinley, 40, was arrested on Egan Drive for driving while intoxicated, driving without a license and refusal. The vehicle was impounded.

Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device

At 10:09 a.m. on Sunday, Jereme Martuschelli, 51, was cited and released on Glacier Highway for driving without a license and violating conditions of release. The vehicle was impounded.

Traffic Stop

At 1:01 a.m. on Sunday, Jarrett Cherkas, 50, was arrested on David Street for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to LCCC.

Trespassing in Vehicle or Vehicle Rifling

At 8:05 a.m. on Sunday, Leon Dennis Paul, 38, was arrested on Teal Street for theft. He was taken to LCCC.
