At 9:29 a.m. on Monday, a 56-year-old male reported he was assaulted by a 20-year-old male on Dock Street. Domestic violence was factor.

At 11:51 p.m. on Monday, Ericka Nebert, 25, was arrested on Herbert Place for fourth-degree domestic violence assault, driving under the influence and domestic violence criminal trespass. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF

At 2:08 p.m. on Monday, a 70-year-old male reported theft from an unknown suspect.

Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device

At 10:08 a.m. on Monday, Jenna Blanton, 39, was arrested on Blackerby Street on $1,000 in warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of forgery and dangerous drugs.
