At 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Donald Hosier, 44, was arrested on Glacier Highway for second-degree assault and third-degree domestic assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Found Property

At 4:28 p.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department found a phone that was placed into safekeeping.
