Shoplifting

At 9:04 a.m. on Tuesday, Damien Thorne, 35, was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for larceny and violating conditions of release.

Theft

At 7:32 p.m. on Tuesday, a 57-year-old male reported a 35-year-old female stole from a business on Franklin Street.

Trespassing

At 10:28 p.m. on Tuesday, Justin Wayne Ridinger, 42, was arrested in Vintage Boulevard for criminal trespassing. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
