Attempt to Serve
At 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday, Kenneth Demmert, 39, was arrested on Trout Street on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury
At 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD began an investigation into a report of a rollover accident on Glacier Highway in which the driver left the scene.
Shoplifting
At 2:53 p.m. on Tuesday, Charity Berkley and Geogiana Joseph were arrested on Front Street for shoplifting and violating conditions of release. They were taken to LCCC.
