Assault

At 7:43 p.m. on Tuesday, a 21-year-old male reported a 42-year-old male assaulted him and a 76-year-old female. Domestic violence was a factor.

Attempt to Serve

At 4:51 p.m. on Tuesday, Jesse Swanson, 47, was arrested on Sitka Street on four $25 warrants. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Found Property

At 12:13 p.m. on Tuesday, several wallets found on Alaway Avenue were placed into safekeeping by JPD.

Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury

At 6:21 p.m. on Tuesday, a 38-year-old female in a 2004 Subaru Legacy collided with red Jeep Liberty on Davis Avenue.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 3:22 p.m. on Tuesday, Dillion Walter, 34, was arrested on Old Dairy Road on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing. He was also arrested for hit-and-run.

Theft

At 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday, Louis Whittaker, 27, was arrested for fraud, theft and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
