Death Investigation
At 8:53 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 56-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified.
Disturbance
At 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday, a 38-year-old female reported a 64-year-old male made threats to a business on Franklin Street
Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF
At 1:37 p.m. on Tuesday, a 73-year-old female reported fraudulent bank activity on Franklin Street.
Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury
At 12:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Willis Ehlers, 43, was arrested on Stikine Street for driving while license revoked, avoiding an interlock ignition device and action of operation. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.
Runaway
At 7:03 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD received reports of a 15-year-old male runaway on Shell Simmons Drive. He was later located.
Traffic Stop
At 8:17 p.m on Tuesday, Melinda Carle, 42, was arrested on Glacier Highway on three warrants totaling $75, and charged with driving while license revoked, avoiding an interlock ignition device and violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.
