A two-vehicle accident at midday Saturday on Egan Drive at the Fred Meyer intersection resulted in two people being taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to Capital City Fire/Rescue.
"One vehicle, a black pickup, rolled over and is on its roof," the fire department reported in a post on its Facebook page at 12:53 p.m.
A CCFR photo shows the truck upside down on the median where Yandukin Drive turns onto northbound Egan Drive. The second vehicle, a grey sedan that sustained severe front-end damage, is in the left lane of northbound Egan near the median.

The outbound lanes of Egan Drive were closed, with traffic diverted, while emergency response officials treated patients at the scene and removed the vehicles, according to CCFR. Both lanes of the road reopened at about 2 p.m.
