CBJ parking fees increase beginning July 1

Beginning July 1, hourly parking rates for off-street hourly parking spaces will increase from $0.75 to $1 per hour at the following locations:

• MPG Hourly Lot

• North Franklin Lot

• Shoppers Lot

• Whittier Lot

  
  

FY26 parking permit rates will also go into effect on July 1. Monthly permits for both the Downtown Transit Center (DTC) and the Marine Parking Garage (MPG) will be $90 plus tax, while annual permits for both DTC and MPG will be $990 plus tax.
