DelLila James McCullough, 67, died June 21, 2026, in Juneau.

She was born on Aug. 31, 1958, in Ketchikan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy James; mother, Lila Athorp; father, John Starkloff; grandparents, Jones and Elizabeth (Eaton) Yeltatzie; and brother, Cecil McCullough.

She is survived by her siblings, Diane McCullough, Eleanor McCullough, Vickie (Gary) McCullough, Sonya Klippert, Sylvia (Kip) Thompson, Rose (Jr.) Booth, Everett (April) Athorp and Charles (Jessie) Athorp; daughter, Tonya Ball; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday, July 10, at the Salvation Army Church at 342 Stedman St. in

Ketchikan, Alaska.
