AWARE is pleased to announce the 2026 Women of Distinction honorees: Maria Gladziszewski, Fran “Seikoonie” Houston, Christina Love and Dr. Alice Taff.

These exceptional women dedicate their lives to service and unwavering care for our community. They are actively transforming the way we approach recovery, safeguard our culture, and uphold the standards of public service.

The 29th Annual Women of Distinction will be held on March 7, 2026, at Centennial Hall. The event features a no-host bar, catered dinner, silent and live auctions, and the opportunity for the honorees to share what inspires them. Proceeds benefit AWARE’s services to adult and child survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Tickets go on sale in January.
